Terms and Conditions

The purchase of your travel booking consists of a contractual agreement between the customer(s), traveler(s), and/or buyer(s) (collectively referred to as "You" and/or "Traveler") and Accurate Travels And Tours Inc., operating as Accurate Travels ("Accurate Travels", "We", "Us"), pursuant to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions").

Accurate Travels provides flight bookings, group travel packages, religious travel packages (including but not limited to Umrah), leisure travel, tours, and other travel-related services.

Accurate Travels And Tours Inc. is registered with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO). TICO Registration No. [50014654].

AGENCY

Accurate Travels acts as a travel agent only. Most, if not all, of the services that constitute your travel booking are offered by independent third-party travel suppliers including, without limitation, airlines, tour operators, accommodation providers, transportation companies, cruise lines, and car rental companies ("Travel Suppliers").

As an agent of the Travel Supplier, when you make payment to Accurate Travels, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the applicable Travel Suppliers. Accordingly:

• If, for any reason, a Travel Supplier is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, the Travel Supplier is solely responsible for that failure, and Accurate Travels shall not be held liable.
• Accurate Travels does not guarantee that any particular travel product or service will be suitable for you and does not accept legal responsibility for services provided by a Travel Supplier that fail to meet your expectations.
• Accurate Travels relies on information provided by Travel Suppliers and cannot guarantee the accuracy of such information.
• Flight times, accommodations, itineraries, group arrangements, or other travel services may change even after full payment is received. You are responsible for reviewing the applicable Travel Supplier terms and conditions. You must ensure Accurate Travels has your most current contact information so we may notify you of changes when possible.
• Any personalized requests (including seat assignments, room types, or group-specific arrangements) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

PRICE, AVAILABILITY AND INCREASES

Prices and availability displayed or quoted are subject to change at any time, at the sole discretion of Travel Suppliers, until full payment has been received and documents have been issued. If the total price increases by more than 7% (excluding government-imposed taxes), you may cancel the booking and receive a full refund.

Please note:

• Airfares, tour packages, and group package pricing may change without notice if full payment has not been received.
• Accurate Travels does not guarantee prices until full payment is made.
• Any price increase must be paid by you upon demand.
• The number of nights stated in packages is based on travel dates, not hotel nights.
• Additional fees such as resort fees, airport charges, baggage fees, seat selection, local taxes, or government charges may be payable at destination.

DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS

A deposit is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated. Certain flights, group packages, or promotional fares may require full payment at the time of booking.

Group packages (including group Umrah and group tour packages)

If you cancel a group package booking more than 30 days before the departure date, your deposit is refundable. If you cancel 30 days or fewer before the departure date, your deposit is non-refundable and all amounts paid are forfeited.

Changes to a group package booking may be requested more than 14 days before the departure date and are subject to availability and to any fees or penalties imposed by the Travel Supplier. Bookings cannot be changed within 14 days of the departure date.

Flights and individual bookings

Deposits on flights, individual bookings, and promotional fares are non-refundable. Certain fares require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable and non-changeable from the time of purchase.

All bookings

Any refund under this section is of amounts paid to Accurate Travels and is subject to deduction of any amounts already committed to Travel Suppliers on your behalf, including airline tickets, visa and processing fees, and supplier deposits, which are non-recoverable once issued or paid.

Failure to make final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of all amounts paid.

CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK

You agree not to initiate a chargeback against Accurate Travels where the issue relates to a Travel Supplier's failure to provide services. If payment has been passed to the Travel Supplier and a chargeback is initiated, you agree to indemnify Accurate Travels for any losses, including administrative fees, airline debit memos, or legal costs.

If your credit card payment is declined, you agree to immediately provide an alternative form of payment. Rates and availability cannot be held until payment is successfully processed.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

You are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, health documents, and any other required travel documentation. Accurate Travels assumes all travelers hold valid Canadian passports unless informed otherwise.

You acknowledge:

• Visa requirements may change at any time.
• Failure to present valid documentation may result in denied boarding or entry without refund.
• Immigration authorities retain full discretion to deny entry.
• Travelers with criminal records may be refused entry.
• Some destinations require vaccinations or health certificates.
• Certain destinations require international driver's permits or insurance documentation.

TRAVEL PROTECTION

Accurate Travels strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance. Accurate Travels is not an insurance provider and bears no responsibility for insurance claims, coverage decisions, or reimbursements.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND EXCHANGES

Cancellation and change rights for group packages are set out in the Deposits and Final Payments section above.

For all other bookings, most fares and packages are non-refundable and non-changeable. Changes may incur penalties imposed by airlines, tour operators, or Travel Suppliers. Once travel has commenced, unused portions of the booking are non-refundable.

Any reduction or increase in passenger numbers for group packages may result in revised pricing or penalties.

RECONFIRMING FLIGHT TIMES AND CHECK-IN

You are responsible for reconfirming flight times at least 24 hours prior to departure. Airlines may change schedules without notice. Accurate Travels is not responsible for schedule changes.

Passengers must check in at least 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCES AND RESTRICTIONS

Baggage policies vary by airline. You are responsible for reviewing baggage allowances, excess baggage fees, and restrictions prior to travel.

RESPONSIBILITY

Accurate Travels does not own or operate any Travel Supplier. All Travel Suppliers are independent contractors. Accurate Travels is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any Travel Supplier.

LIABILITY

Accurate Travels is not liable for any loss, injury, delay, damage, or expense resulting from acts of God, force majeure, illness, war, strikes, mechanical failures, overbooking, weather conditions, or actions of third parties.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the value of the travel services purchased. Accurate Travels is not liable for consequential or indirect damages.

TRAVELLING WITH CHILDREN

All children must travel with their own valid documentation. Additional consent letters may be required when traveling with minors. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with destination requirements.

NOTICE TO TRAVELERS

Travel standards and conditions may differ from those in Canada. Accurate Travels is not responsible for differences in accommodations, services, or local infrastructure. Travelers are encouraged to research destinations thoroughly.

ACCURATE REWARDS REFERRAL PROGRAM

These Referral Program Terms apply in addition to, and form part of, these Terms and Conditions. By registering for the Accurate Rewards referral program ("the Program"), you ("Member") agree to these Referral Program Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Referral Program Terms and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, these Referral Program Terms govern in respect of the Program only.

1. Nature of the Program

The Program is a customer referral program. It allows a Member to share a personal referral link and receive a reward when a person who uses that link books and completes travel with Accurate Travels.

The Program does not create any employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or independent contractor relationship between the Member and Accurate Travels. A Member is not an employee, agent, representative, salesperson, or travel counsellor of Accurate Travels and must not describe themselves as any of these. A Member does not sell travel services, does not act on behalf of Accurate Travels, and has no authority to bind Accurate Travels in any way.

2. Eligibility and registration

Membership in the Program is free. To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Register through the Accurate Travels website and provide accurate and complete registration information; and
• Maintain a valid email address and current contact information with us.

Accurate Travels may accept or decline any registration at its discretion.

3. What Members may and may not do

A Member may share their referral link and recommend Accurate Travels generally or recommend any package offered by Accurate Travels.

A Member must not:

• Provide travel advice of any kind, including advice on which package to select, whether a trip is suitable, or information about pricing, availability, itineraries, visas, documentation, insurance, or travel requirements. All such questions must be directed to Accurate Travels at support@accuratetravels.com;
• Collect, accept, hold, or handle any payment, deposit, or funds from any person in connection with travel services. All bookings and all payments must be made directly with Accurate Travels;
• Make any representation, promise, guarantee, or commitment on behalf of Accurate Travels, including as to price, discounts, upgrades, availability, visa outcomes, or any aspect of a trip;
• Hold themselves out as an employee, agent, representative, or authorized seller of Accurate Travels;
• Send unsolicited bulk communications, spam, or any communication that breaches Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) or any other applicable law;
• Create or operate any website, social media account, page, profile, or advertisement that imitates, impersonates, or could reasonably be mistaken for an official channel of Accurate Travels;
• Bid on, purchase, or use the name "Accurate Travels", "Accurate Travel & Tours", or any confusingly similar term in paid search advertising or paid online advertising of any kind;
• Post fake reviews or testimonials, or misrepresent their relationship with Accurate Travels; or
• Use the Accurate Travels name, logo, images, or other intellectual property except as expressly permitted by Accurate Travels in writing.

4. Self-referrals and ineligible referrals

A Member may not refer themselves. A referral is not eligible for a reward where, in the reasonable determination of Accurate Travels:

• The Member is a traveller on the booking;
• The referred person was already in contact with Accurate Travels about the booking before the referral link was used;
• The booking was made using multiple accounts, false identities, or any attempt to manipulate referral attribution; or
• The referral was otherwise obtained through fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of these Referral Program Terms.

Accurate Travels monitors referral activity and its determination as to the eligibility of any referral is final.

5. Attribution

A referral is attributed to the Member whose referral link or code was used by the referred person at the time of registration or booking, as recorded by our systems. Where more than one referral link or code is associated with a booking, the referral will be attributed to the most recently used link or code unless Accurate Travels determines otherwise. Accurate Travels' records are determinative in all cases of dispute regarding attribution.

6. Rewards

Subject to these Referral Program Terms, a Member earns a reward of $50 CAD for each adult traveller who books through the Member's referral link and completes their travel. Rewards in respect of children and infants differ and are set out in the Program details available to Members after registration. There is no limit on the number of referrals a Member may make.

Each traveller who books through a Member's referral link receives a discount of $25 CAD on their booking. Discounts in respect of children and infants differ and are set out in the Program details. The discount may not be combined with other offers except where expressly stated, has no cash value, and is applied at the time of booking.

Rewards and discounts are not transferable and have no cash value except as expressly provided in these Referral Program Terms.

7. When rewards are earned and paid

A reward is earned only after the referred traveller has completed their travel. No reward is earned, and no amount is payable, at the time of booking or at the time of payment.

No reward is payable where the referred booking is cancelled, refunded, charged back, or not taken, whether in whole or in part, or where the referred traveller does not travel for any reason, including denied boarding, denied entry, or failure to obtain required documentation.

Earned rewards accrue to the Member's account and are displayed in the Member's dashboard. A Member may request a withdrawal of earned rewards in accordance with the withdrawal process, minimum withdrawal amount, and processing timelines set out in the Program details. Withdrawals are paid to the Member's nominated bank account through a third-party payment processor. Accurate Travels is not responsible for delays, fees, or errors caused by the payment processor or by the Member's financial institution, or for amounts paid to an incorrect account as a result of details provided by the Member.

Accurate Travels may withhold or reverse any reward where it reasonably suspects fraud, manipulation, or a breach of these Referral Program Terms, or where a referred booking is subsequently cancelled or refunded.

8. Taxes

A Member is solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes payable in respect of rewards received under the Program. Accurate Travels does not withhold tax on rewards and does not provide tax advice. Accurate Travels may require a Member to provide tax identification information and may issue tax information slips where required by law.

9. Confidentiality and personal information

A Member may see limited information about their referred travellers in their dashboard. A Member must keep that information confidential, must use it only in connection with the Program, and must not disclose it to any other person or use it for any other purpose.

Personal information collected in connection with the Program is handled in accordance with the Accurate Travels Privacy Policy.

10. Suspension, termination and changes

A Member may withdraw from the Program at any time by contacting support@accuratetravels.com.

Accurate Travels may suspend or terminate a Member's participation, withhold or cancel unpaid rewards, and close a Member's account at any time where the Member breaches these Referral Program Terms or engages in fraud, misrepresentation, or conduct that Accurate Travels reasonably considers harmful to its business or reputation.

Where a Member withdraws voluntarily and is in good standing, rewards already earned in respect of completed travel remain payable and may be withdrawn in accordance with the Program details. Rewards not yet earned at the time of withdrawal are forfeited.

Accurate Travels may change, suspend, or discontinue the Program, or amend these Referral Program Terms, reward amounts, or discount amounts, at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the Accurate Travels website. Rewards already earned in respect of completed travel at the time of the change are not affected. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the change.

11. Member's responsibility

A Member is responsible for their own conduct in promoting Accurate Travels and agrees to indemnify Accurate Travels against any claim, loss, or expense arising from the Member's breach of these Referral Program Terms, from any representation made by the Member to any person, or from any unlawful or misleading conduct by the Member.

PRIVACY POLICY

Accurate Travels collects and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at www.accuratetravels.com. The Privacy Policy includes a section describing how personal information is handled in connection with the Accurate Rewards referral program.

ELECTRONIC OR HANDWRITTEN SIGNATURE

You agree that acceptance of these Terms and Conditions may be made electronically, by signature, or by conduct, including payment or use of services. Acceptance of the Referral Program Terms may be made by registering for the Program or by continued participation in it.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
